We live in a fast paced world. Doing is praised. Being is shunned. This has created an unbalance and many of us suffer from burn out, anxiety, resulting in overall bad health.
Yoga & Mindfulness have proven to restore balance into our lives. Slowing the pace, allow us to become aware of our internal architecture and how it relates to our health, our relationships to others, and the world. The result is an incredible improvement in health, wellbeing, and life satisfaction.
Yoga changed my life. It put me in a path of self-discovery, strength, flexibility, and peace. I see its effects rippling in all parts of my life for the better. It brings me so much joy to see the effect that it has in my students’ lives.
Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, yoga is always teaching us something. I tailor make practices based on my clients’ needs in order to take full advantage of our journey together.

Dive into this six week intensive mindfulness program. Starting with awareness and presence then moving into rituals, practices, and meditations all designed to make mindfulness a part of your day to day life.
