Cannellini Pesto Dip

This dip is Pesto 2.0.
All of the delicious pesto flavour with a dose of extra protein.
Dip with your favourite veggies, use it as a spread for sandwiches, or even thin it out a bit and use it as pasta sauce.

Ingredients:
1 - 1 1/2 cups of basil leaves (loosely packed)
1 - 400g tin of cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
1/3 - 1/2 cups pine nuts, toasted
2 garlic cloves, roasted
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 -3 Tbsp olive oil

Method:
Put all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. The more you blend the greener it will become.
