One plate at a time. You can increasingly discover the world of tastes in plant-based foods and the benefits that come with the plant-based diet by adding more plants to your meals. Every plate is a success.

Regardless of what diet you follow, having more plants on your plate is necessary for good health. Most experts recommend that at least half of your plate be comprised of vegetables.

Never in our history has there been so many plant-based options available. Sadly, there is a lot of misinformation and confusion regarding the plant-based diet. I help you sift through the nonsense and create a plant-based lifestyle that works for you.

Plant-based food is delicious and nutritious. Discovering all of its different colours, textures, and flavours has been a pleasure for me. I will help you do the same with Coach Consulting Services and the More Plants Program.

More plants - six week program

Transform your taste buds, improve your health.

Step into the world of plant-based food in a six week intensive program. This program is different in the sense that it doesn’t deprive you of anything. Its aim is to increase your plant-based vocabulary by adding more plants to your plates.

Starting with a simple introduction to the plant-based diet and some myth debunking, you will discover the absolute pleasure it is to add plants to every plate. In the end, you will approach each meal with a sense of enjoyment while benefiting from increase health and happiness.

Sessions take place weekly via Zoom.
