The purpose of health coaching is to provide a framework and support for clients to explore their health goals and set up a success-oriented plan to achieve those goals.
The client is the expert on their life. I don’t give action plans to follow. I am by my clients’ side providing the structure for change because, ultimately, sustainable change comes from within.

We approach change from the perspective of mindful awareness. Being present without judgments gives the client a clean slate in which to build change.
By incorporating mindful awareness to a scientifically proven process model for change, clients can fully integrate all of their strengths and create long lasting results.
