  • Health is more than just your weight and blood tests. Sleep, physical environment, purpose, emotional health, and community also influence health. They are interconnected.

    If you are lacking in one element, the other elements will be impacted and your overall health will suffer.

    Whole person health works with all of these different elements to help you thrive and live your fullest life.

  • The purpose of health coaching is to provide a framework and support for clients to explore their health goals and set up a success-oriented plan to achieve those goals.

    The client is the expert on their life. I don’t give action plans to follow. I am by my clients’ side providing the structure for change because, ultimately, sustainable change comes from within.

  • We approach change from the perspective of mindful awareness. Being present without judgments gives the client a clean slate in which to build change.

    By incorporating mindful awareness to a scientifically proven process model for change, clients can fully integrate all of their strengths and create long lasting results.
